GreenHouse Lab launches fintech accelerator for startups across Africa

Nigeria VC firm GreenHouse Capital is accepting applications for its inaugural accelerator programme – GreenHouse Lab. Startups going through the program will receive mentorship and opportunities to raise funds.

GreenHouse Lab is the acceleration platform for GreenHouse Capital now powered by Google For Startups. The six-week programme brings together 6 of Africa’s innovative startups, global investors, tech founders, and top corporate partners. Center of the accelerator’s theme is a vision of “founders backing founders.”

GreenHouse Capital has impressive startups in its portfolio namely Max.ng, helium health, Popote, Flutterwave, Wallets Africa, among others. Bunmi Akinyemiju, founding partner at GreenHouse Capital described the launch of the GreenHouse Lab Fintech Accelerator as “a crucial step” for the startup and venture capital sector.

GreenHouse Capital is a leading Africa fintech fund founded in 2014 targeting early-stage companies building the next innovative tech companies.
