Ringer Africa Digital Publishing (RADP) has partnered with Syndicate, News Service and The New York Times. Also in the partnership are the syndicate and licensing division of The New York Times. The partnership will see the media house expand its media and news coverage. Therefore, RADP will use Pulse to publish New York Times Journalism. Pulse is its new media brand.

The publishing of the news will be operational in Kenya, Nigeria, and Ghana. Pulse is known for updating, entertaining and informing Africa’s large population. It reaches out to 100 million people monthly. The launch of New York Times journalism on Pulse will also improve the African’s reading and listening skills. This is because of the New York Times is a renowned award-winning in storytelling and reporting. Besides, the Pulse news coverage will be improved. This is because of the coverage of the New York Times in news and opinion coverage.

Pulse readers will now have access to The New York Times’ top news of the day. They will also access other digital articles addressing key social, political and economic issues. They will also access videos, photos, and graphics. Moreover, publishing content from The New York Times will set new standards in the African media space. It will also offer up-to-date information at any time of the day. It will happen via Africa’s media, the mobile phone, via the Pulse website and the newly launched mobile app.

The agreement confirms Ringier’s position as Africa’s leading news brand. Pulse’s editorial space will include more current affairs, politics, and global news. This will as well improve the platform’s fellowship. The aim of Ringier Africa to build strong media coverage in the continent cannot be questioned. The partnership already puts the company’s intentions.

The African journalism will be working according to the international standards. This will give them a better opportunity to win many global awards. Cases, where the continents have been lagging behind in news updates, will be brought to a stop.
