Microsoft has announced the launch of ‘Build with AI,’ an innovative initiative aimed at empowering startups to leverage the power of artificial intelligence (AI) in building cutting-edge solutions. This new product is housed within the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, providing founders with access to flexible templates designed to accelerate the creation and deployment of AI solutions.

The new templates offer a streamlined approach for founders to quickly create and launch AI solutions. They can effortlessly add ChatGPT to an app, connect ChatGPT to an app’s data using Python or JavaScript, or even create a ChatGPT plugin. With just a click, these templates open in the founder’s preferred development tool, providing everything needed to understand, edit, and deploy them, including tips for customization and troubleshooting.

In addition to the templates, the update includes an AI assistant within the Founders Hub, offering support at every stage of the startup journey. Once in the Founders Hub, founders can access this AI-powered assistant via a button on the top navigation bar or through shortcuts on the homepage. The dedicated AI assistant is now available to support users and answer their questions within the Founders Hub platform.

By engaging with the assistant, a chat window opens with recommended questions or prompts, allowing users to ask their own queries. With these tools at their disposal, founders can streamline their work and gain more time to focus on growing their businesses.

The Founders Hub is an initiative under the Microsoft for Startups program, which aims to support founders through experimentation and development of solutions. The program accelerates startup growth by providing free access to generative AI models, up to $150,000 in Azure credits to be used towards Azure AI, and expert guidance. Founders, even those with just an idea, can sign up for the Founders Hub and gain access to the tech, tools, and resources needed to prototype, build, and ship their solutions.

Microsoft’s ‘Build with AI’ initiative underscores the company’s commitment to empowering startups and fostering innovation in the AI space. By providing founders with the necessary tools and resources, Microsoft aims to facilitate the creation of groundbreaking AI solutions that can drive growth and impact across various industries.
