Founded by Larbi Alaoui Belrhiti and Youssef Mamou, YoLa Fresh has established a network that directly connects farmers with food service providers and retailers. By utilizing state-of-the-art technology, the company ensures transparency and reduces waste by tracking produce from farm to retail.
