Green Enterprise Solutions Partakes in NUST Career Fair

TechInAfrica – Green Enterprise Solutions took part in a career fair held by NUST at NUST Windhoek campus more than a week ago. The career fair went with the theme: Catalyzing Youth Empowerment for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Most attendees were high school and primary school students. They were excited to look around the career fair at the main campus in Windhoek.

Green Enterprise Solutions joined the event as an exhibitor together with internal faculties of NUST, government ministries as well as corporations.

The key focus of the career fair was providing career options across different disciplines presented by the exhibitors. Moreover, it was also for the students who were interested in knowing which organizations offering bursaries or study loans and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunities offered by Green Enterprise Solutions.

Being an exhibitor at the career fair, Green offers ICT and tech specialists with its solutions, services, and products. The attendees visited the company’s booth to know more about its various departments and how the teams work on the company’s success.

The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) program by Green Enterprise Solutions is a part of its commitment to establishing future leaders in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

“Our WIL programme offers a wide range of opportunities for students to gain practical and administrative skills. The duration of Green’s WIL programme is between three to six months and in some cases leads to permanent employment,” said the company’s representative.

Green Enterprise Solutions was excited in participating at the event and thought it was important for the student visitors’ career choices.

“We may have motivated the new batch of innovation and ICT-specialists that will create and develop bespoke ICT solutions throughout and for Africa, right here in Namibia,” said the company’s representative.
