TechInAfrica – To altogether grow its chance for operating commercial drones, Aerial Robotics has developed a new generation of UAVs. The company has assessed and reconsidered each component of the UAV item to get advanced solutions using the progressive method and modern technologies.

According to the company, it has created a new platform, called Gyrotrac to far exceed the current industry standards. The standards will be in terms of flight time, payload, range, and efficiency whilst at the same time possessing a highly modular system architecture.

GT20 Gyrotrac UAV

GT20 is an extraordinary drone that appears in today’s drone industry and is a commercial UAV (Unmanned Aerial System). This drone has been planned and constructed from its initial concept to fully work the machine-controlled missions, beyond visual line of sight in all weather conditions.

High-Performance Drone built for transportation, inspections, and surveillance

GT20 is also a perfect tool for heavy operation payloads up to 6.5kg GT20 comes up with its BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) capability and an uninterrupted electric flight time of up to 2.5 hours. It will enable quick delivery of medical items or essential spare parts to where they are needed – safe and weather independent.

High level of operational readiness

GT20 is rated to IP65 and can operate safely in strong winds up to 10 Bft (55knots/100 km/h) and heavy rain within a temperature range of -15° C to +40°C.

Safety by design

Produced in Europe to airpower class standard, GT20 can auto-rotate and glide with its 10:1 ratio. It means that the drone is still able to fly to a selected emergency area and land safely, even if all drive systems fail.

Tailored to your needs

GT20 being modular is variable and can be fully tailored to the operator’s needs. With a payload of up to 6.5 kg, GT20 can carry a wide selection of mission loads.
