Mentorship via incubation will also ensure that there are enough job creations. The partnership also aims at developing and creating businesses. This takes place by increasing the number of entrepreneurs in Ghana. Moreover, the number increases via agribusiness incubation. The initiative will give Youth and women from deprived communities the first priority.
CFTC has had almost 18 years of operation in Ghana and they are found in three regions. The platform has developed mentorship programs in the region. The program is aimed at empowering women in job creation. This will ensure that they are able to take care of their families. The firm had a feeding program for children but they are now helping women to have their own profession.
The initiative will be carried out in phases and northern Ghana will be the first region. CFTC has carried out good work on women empowerment. The platform has collaborated with AAIN to extend its operations in the region. However, job creation has been a major challenge in Ghana.
