African Development Bank to Sponsor Nairobi Innovation Week

Nairobi Innovation Week will take place for the fourth time at the University of Nairobi. The organizers will run High 5s Startup challenge. The challenge will help in providing various solutions that will improve Africa’s industries, power and feeds in Africa. According to the current plans, the event will take place next month.

Moreover, the African Development Bank (AfDB) will collaborate with Nairobi Innovation Week for the challenge. AfDB challenge will also allow startups from Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Uganda, and Burundi to participate. The startups have to emphasize on one of the five thematic areas of the event.

Besides, the top five startups will take home $1,000. The startups will also showcase their innovations and socialize with AfDB team. Besides, these startups will also have their traveling costs catered for by the Nairobi Innovation Week. One can apply here
