If you still have the negative feelings towards yourself, the current list of “100 most inspiring African youngster”, will divert your attention to the future of the continent. All the youngsters work towards solving Africa’s problems.
Those who have interest in creating changes came from 27 countries. The countries were ranked in 7 categories. These categories include technology, science, research, academics, public service and leadership, entertainment and media. Their ages range between 16- 38.
The acknowledgment of the chosen 100, had a great performance in their trial, test, and victory. They portrayed the heart of kindness, responsible and ability to overcome challenges in their communities.
South Africa tops the list and has something that encourages. It had some of the youths who appeared in the list, and they include;
-Kiara Nirghins, a 16-year-old inventor. Kiara won the prestigious Goole Prize for utilizing orange peels to make a cheap super-absorbent material to assist the soil to retain water.
-Kayli Vee Levitan, the founder of The Street Store. Vee caused a global secession with her idea-a pop-up clothing store for the poor that created a dignified way of giving to the less fortunate.
-Chef Mogau Sishoene teaches the local women how to cook natural recipes with her business The Lazy Makoti, reviving the ancient stories that revive forgotten techniques and taste.
