Apple informs that Big Sur comes with a beautiful redesign and is packed with new enhancements for key apps, including Safari, Messages, and Maps, as well as new privacy features.

Refreshed Design
Apple has redesigned the Control Center that is expected to make navigation easier while putting more controls at users’ fingertips.
Users will have quick access to control for Do Not Disturb, displays, keyboard brightness, and more, right from the menu bar by using the all-new Control Center. Also, it allows users to see more relevant information at a glance in the updated Notification Center, including interactive notifications and redesigned widgets.
Safari
It denotes Apple’s major update to Safari since it was introduced in 2003 – with a boost in execution, proficiency, customization alternatives, and upgraded security features.
Safari presents a much more personal experience while exploring the web, including another adaptable start page where users can add a private background picture, Reading List, iCloud Tabs, and more.
Messages
By using Messages, users of Apple now can manage their favorite group conversations and fun, engaging ways to express themselves.
Maps
Maps have been entirely redesigned and to bring new features for exploring the world on the Mac.
Users can find spots to visit and activities with Guides from brands they trust, just as make custom guides of most loved eateries, stops, and vacation ideas to share with friends and family.
