The largest digital infrastructure event in Africa, AfricaCom 2022, will feature YahClick, the Data Solutions division of Al Yah Satellite Communications Company PJSC, where they will present their most recent solutions addressing connectivity and security in the area.
AfricaCom 2022 will be held from November 8th to 10th as part of the Africa Tech Festival 2022, the most significant technology event in the country. The theme of the event is “Connecting the Next Billion People.”
YahClick has been operating in Africa for the past 12 years, giving the company a thorough understanding of the markets they service, infrastructural requirements, and issues the region faces.
This information, along with YahClick’s focus on the customer, led to the creation of three new solutions that will be shown at the event.
These include the YahClick Backup Solution, which keeps you connected even when the power goes out, the YahClick Security Solution for people worried about security, and the YahClick Booster Solution for seamless connectivity. Each of these solutions is designed to meet the needs of a different type of user, both at home and in the workplace.
YahClick Backup was made so users could still connect to the Internet even when the power went out. It was done to compensate for the frequent power outages that caused connectivity problems.
This solution is a must-have for both business and home use. It deals with the random network downtime that hurts business continuity and productivity.
The YahClick Booster also helps with seamless connectivity by combining multiple Internet connections into one high-speed connection.
The solution combines the bandwidth and throughput of two separate YahClick Broadband connections into a single connection, which can increase download speeds to up to 40 Mbps.
The YahClick Broadband solution and the required Peplink Balance hardware, as well as installation, commissioning, and initial setup, will be sold as a package by service partners.
In addition to the need for constant and seamless connectivity, the region has become more concerned about security. YahClick Security focuses on the basic security and safety needs in rural and remote areas by combining cutting-edge security solutions with an optimised satellite package for high-speed Internet and a cloud-managed security platform.
Customers can get real-time security updates that help protect their business or home, no matter where they are.
Sulaiman Al Ali, the CEO of YahClick, said about the showcase, “We live in a digital age, which means that strong, fast, and reliable connectivity is a must for progress.”
Many rural and remote areas face the problem of not having an Internet that is easy to use or reliable. It has a wide range of economic effects and causes missed chances because it hurts productivity and business confidence.
As part of our commitment to the region, we try to give the African market the affordable and scalable tools it needs to grow. It gave us ideas for our new solutions as we kept working to connect the following billion people.
At the Yahsat booth in Hall 3, E70, YahClick will show off its newest solutions and give a live demonstration.
