ITIDA and AUC Venture Lab have partnered on a collaboration with the Startup Launchpad programme to offer Egyptian tech entrepreneurs extensive training, and networking opportunities for skills development. Only then can they develop solid business ideas that increase their chances of survival.

AUC Ventures Lab is a member of the Babson Collaborative for entrepreneurship education. This eight-week programme will inspire Egypt’s entrepreneurship ecosystem. Passionate individuals with an interest in entrepreneurship and technology were encouraged to participate. Participants can then validate innovative solutions while exploiting close market gaps.

The 2020 Global Startup Ecosystem Report pointed to Cairo as the best hub for innovation and an attractive destination for scaling. GSER was ranked among the top ecosystems for affordable talent in 2020 and the top 10 African and middle eastern funding ecosystems

Applications for the programme open on November 15 stretching to January 3. Upon completion, the graduating entrepreneurs will receive certificates from  AUC Venture Lab and ITIDA.
