One order is a B2B e-commerce firm with its headquarters in Egypt. The company that serves the hospitality and restaurant industries has agreed to invest with Contact Factoring, a division of Contact Financial Holdings, for $6.5 million and has signed a contract for the transaction.

One order, established by Tamer Amer and started earlier this year, had previously secured USD1M in a seed round. Its platform makes it easy for food establishments and restaurants to get large amounts of fresh and packaged food directly from the supplier.

The Chief Executive Officer of Contact Financial Holding, Mr. Said Zatar, said: Today, we sign a big deal with one order that will help them reach their goal of helping restaurants get around supply chains and buying problems. We work with businesses that share our goal of giving high-quality services while keeping costs low.

In addition, this is a significant step in the company’s efforts to serve digital platforms and a tribute to the company’s efforts to boost Egypt’s entrepreneurial and technology-based startup ecosystem.

The relationship is one of a number that Contact is eager to finalize as part of its expansion plan, which aims to deliver a diverse variety of integrated financial solutions. Its aim to serve various industries reflects the role and effectiveness of the company’s investment strategy and factoring services, a few of the most notable financing solutions that Contact has implemented over the previous several years. This has improved the company’s ability to communicate directly with various customers throughout Egypt.

The Chief Executive Officer of one order, Tamer Amer, had this to say about their new partnership with Contact: “We are happy to engage with Contact, a leading name in Egypt’s financing business with more than 20 years of experience.”Because of this partnership, we will surely be able to provide our clients with items of the highest possible quality while also assisting them in obtaining the working capital they need to address problems with their supply chains.

Amer continued, saying, “At one order, we are acutely aware of the gaps in the HORECA supply chain, not solely in Egypt but throughout the MENA region.”Through the help of this relationship, we are looking forward to closing this gap, as well as growing both our range of products and our geographic reach, permitting us to accomplish our vision of building a dynamic digital environment that encourages restaurant owners to do their purchasing online, which is the most difficult obstacle we have at the moment.

One order is an Egyptian tech company that uses software and artificial intelligence to help restaurants with their logistics . It was launched in 2021 by Tamer Amer, an entrepreneur who is also responsible for the establishment of the eateries “Fuego Sushi” and “Longhorn Texas Barbecue” in Egypt. Karim Maurice, who is the CTO of OneOrders, has a lot of experience in the food and beverage industry. He started Qube, a company that helps restaurants make online reservations. Soliman El Ashkar brings a wealth of experience to the one order team, having most recently worked in the Corporate Credit & Investment Department of the Egyptian branch of the Commercial International Bank.
