Eksab, is a digital fantasy sports platform (DFS) operating across the Middle East and North Africa. On Tuesday, the company announced a $500,000 raise from 4DX Ventures alongside participation from several strategic investors operating in the international sports and entertainment ecosystem.

Eksab was founded by Ahmed Omran (CTO) and Aly Mahmoud (CEO) in 2017 to ensure matches remain exciting when we leverage a billion football fans across Africa and the Middle East. Users get to sign up for  www.yallaeksab.com joining either free or paid competitions while making predictions on international football games and collecting points on the accuracy of these predictions while rewarding cash prizes.

During the launch, Aly Mahmoud the CEO and Co-founder at Eksab shared their goal of becoming the “premier sports entertainment companywithin the region. Eksab will use this investment from 4DX Ventures to scale their products to millions of fans across the region. They aim to raise their first paid competition next year.

Eksab has a massive fanbase across Egypt and secured a 6-figure investment from 500 startups. With over a billion football fans across the Middle East, it is just a matter of time before they all congregating online.
