FBS and Education Africa Unite Against Poverty

Share

FBS, a global broker, and Education Africa, a non-profit organization dedicated to poverty alleviation through education, have again joined forces to spread holiday cheer. This collaborative effort aims to distribute Christmas gifts and extend warm wishes to families in need from Etwatwa, Daveyton. As part of their ongoing partnership, FBS and Education Africa are enthusiastic about positively impacting local communities in South Africa.

On December 18, to launch their joint Christmas initiative, FBS and Education Africa representatives visited the John Wesley Community Centre in Etwatwa. This center, a crucial hub for aftercare and youth development services, is a cornerstone in the region and is among the many communities Education Africa supports.

Before embarking on the mission to deliver festive gifts, the Education Africa Alumni Marimba Band gave a lively performance, setting the stage for a joyful atmosphere.

The collaborative effort resulted in an early Christmas gift for the Etwatwa community. FBS and Education Africa joined forces to provide food parcels and essential items to over 100 children, youth, and adults. Through this gesture, the two partners aimed to bring a brighter and more joyous festive season to the locals of Etwatwa.

Continuing their dedication to education, it should be highlighted that earlier this year, both entities joined forces to aid Masibambane College in Orange Farm. This is a testament to FBS and Education Africa’s unwavering commitment to creating a meaningful impact in the lives of those they support.
