“The private sector currently contributes more than 60% to China’s GDP growth and generates more than half of the country’s tax revenues. Unfortunately, the private sector is far from playing this role in the economies of Africa. It is to help African companies to meet this challenge that this meeting was initiated,” said Gao Yunlong, Head of the National Federation of Industry and Trade.

The five days event will feature experience sharing, training sessions, and consumer goods fair visit. African companies will also be able to promote their solutions to Chinese investors and companies through exhibition booths.

There are many reasons why enterprises should join the event, including opportunities to:

  • Meet potential business partners
  • Build long-term business relationships with potential business partners
  • Learn from the experience of Chinese SMEs and get benefit from technology
  • Find potential investors
  • Get inspired by Chinese trainers
  • Build professional networks between China and Africa.
