Flourish Ventures has opened an office in Nairobi with a keen focus on fintech solutions for small businesses and consumers. According to the VC fund, the new office shall focus on expanding its investment across Africa adding to the growing list of startups from Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, and Nigeria.

Among its list of startups are Lendable, Fair Money, Apollo Agriculture, Paga, Financial Services Innovators, Flutterwave, and Pula. Efayomi Carr was hired as its principal to manage the company’s operations across Nairobi while adding  Arjuna Costa and Ameya Upadhyay to the investment team.
