HAVAÍC Invests $634K in Right Now Response

Venture Capital (VC) firm HAVAÍC has spearheaded an R12 million (USD 634 K) follow-on investment round in RNR (Right Now Response). The Cape Town-based VC firm has contributed R10 million, following an initial investment of R9.2 million made as the company’s first institutional investor in February of last year. As a member of the Board, HAVAÍC collaborates closely with co-founders Wayne and Michelle Witherspoon on crucial strategic, commercial, and financial matters.

RNR, a South African-born company, offers on-demand breakdown support to truck fleet managers and OEMs through its extensive nationwide network of vetted mechanics, electricians, and repair centers. Its app and web portal provide 24/7 breakdown visibility, including live location tracing and tracking, to expedite the process of getting drivers back on the road.
