Huawei SA launches Women4Tech accompanied by skills training for women enterpreneurs

Huawei SA calls on women enterpreneurs to apply for the Women4Tech digital skills training programme. The free online course is open to women who are savvy entrepreneurs and tech-forward with the aim of advancing their skills and helping in advancing new technologies that grow, improve and digitize their businesses.

The training will cover three courses among them cloud computing and its benefits to SMMEs, digital marketing in the success of a business, and competitive online marketing space. The final part of the training is to introduce  App Development and other networking opportunities with award-winning App developers within Huawei’s Mobile App ecosystem.

In Women’s month, Huawei will launch this unique campaign to ensure women are fundamentally more competitive in the digital economy. Women entrepreneurs and women-owned micro-businesses play an important role in the economy and society as a whole.

The Women4Tech is designed to support businesses through the sharing of ICT knowledge, facilitating business growth and digital transformation. All participants in the training programme will receive a 6-month Huawei Cloud subscription.
