Hybrid Cloud Storage Solution, Synology Released 7.0 Update

TechInAfrica – The Taiwanese-based company Synology known for its series of Network Attached Storage (NAS) products has released the upgraded DiskStation Manager (DSM) 7.0.

The upgrade comes with enhanced login security, system monitoring, and cloud storage.

Synology also launched new C2 solutions named C2 Password, C2 Transfer, and C2 Backup. These are solutions that enhanced password protection, safeguard files privacy, and improved the cloud backup process.

The new DSM update with be seamlessly integrated with the C2 solution.

 “DSM 7.0 and the new C2 expansion bring forward Synology’s new outlook on data management,” said Philip Wong, Synology CEO, and Founder.

“We will continue pushing the boundaries even further with closer integration, bringing out the best of both on-premises and cloud architectures together.”
