Infobip Expands Oracle Partnership to Enhance Customer Communication Solutions

Share

Infobip, a global cloud communications platform, has strengthened its collaboration with Oracle by becoming an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) with access to Oracle Integration Cloud. This development allows businesses using Oracle solutions to leverage Infobip’s omnichannel platform through the Oracle Cloud Marketplace (OCM).

The partnership enables companies to orchestrate powerful customer interactions, potentially improving satisfaction, sales, and campaign performance. Oracle Cloud Marketplace serves as a centralized hub for Oracle customers seeking trusted business applications and services, including those that extend Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.

Infobip’s communication channels aim to deliver conversational experiences across various sectors, including banking, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, and leisure. This collaboration provides Oracle users with valuable customer insights, enabling them to refine campaign strategies and nurture leads throughout the buying process.

By connecting additional channels to a single solution, Oracle users can create seamless conversations across multiple platforms and implement failover options. This ensures timely delivery of critical alerts and information to customers. Infobip plans to develop further integrations through the Oracle Integration Cloud.

The partnership combines Infobip’s extensive network of over 800 direct operator connections, capable of delivering more than 100 billion messages annually, with Oracle’s top-tier marketing and sales solutions for B2C and B2B companies. This synergy aims to help businesses achieve their objectives more effectively.

Stephen Streich, group vice president of product management at Oracle Marketing, emphasized Oracle’s commitment to providing leading customer experience solutions. He stated that the collaboration with Infobip would offer Oracle customers access to cutting-edge communication solutions, helping them deliver continuous value.

Infobip’s relationship with Oracle dates back to 2018 when it joined the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN). This initial partnership allowed Oracle Cloud Customer Experience (CX) customers to orchestrate consumer interactions using various Oracle products, including Responsys, Eloqua, and Digital Assistant.

The integration of Infobip’s solutions has enabled businesses to deliver personalized, omnichannel messaging and nurture customer relationships across popular platforms like WhatsApp, Viber, and SMS. To date, over 18 billion interactions have been managed across 65 customers through these integrations.

Veselin Vuković, Global VP for Strategic Alliances & Partnerships at Infobip, highlighted the growing consumer demand for conversational experiences with businesses over familiar channels. He emphasized the importance of offering and integrating a wide range of communication channels to meet this demand.

Vuković explained that Infobip’s enhanced collaboration with Oracle, becoming an Oracle ISV, addresses this need. By integrating their full omnichannel communications platform across any Oracle solution available through Oracle Cloud Marketplace, Infobip aims to help enterprises create conversational experiences that drive conversions, boost sales, and foster customer loyalty.

This expanded partnership between Infobip and Oracle represents a significant step forward in providing businesses with comprehensive, integrated communication solutions. As companies continue to prioritize enhanced customer experiences, such collaborations are likely to play a crucial role in shaping the future of business-customer interactions across various industries.
