Various experts on the Internet of Things (IoT) will meet in Johannesburg, South Africa for  IoT Forum Africa 2018. The event will take place between March 14th and 15th, 2018. Moreover, the forum will have visionaries and experts who will share their experiences. Various speakers had confirmed to attend #IOTFA2018 and you find the list here

Various people benefit from IoT Forum Africa programs organized every year.  Jula Wedler one of the beneficiaries of the 2017 program from Altech said that the past event he attended was helpful. Moreover, from Jula’s view, the money invested in the event was well spent. Besides, Altech said that the time spent was never wasted and he received quality training.

We also had an opportunity to talk to Skhumbuzo Mhlongo from BCX and another beneficiary of IOTFA 2017. According to Skhumbuzo, the interaction process with industry operators and speakers in 2017 was interesting. Additionally, the event ended when Skhumbuzo’s view had changed and Skhumbuzo remains grateful to the organizers.

The testimony from Sean Laval from Comsol Networks moved us. According to Saun, the event had a good panel and proved useful to him. Besides, Saun said that the forum allowed for proper engagement with the speakers. Therefore, Saun looks forward to the 2018 event.

The forum will also allow for discussion on the effects of IoT on security, retail, mining, energy, manufacturing, and finance sectors.The theme for IOTFA2018  is “Powering a new era of operational transformation” and here are the key topics that the event will cover.
