The establishment of Hubs.ng depended on the concept behind bricks-and-mortar tech hub. Hubs.ng intends to create an online ecosystem which provides various digital services hence boosting the use of technology in everyday life. Hubs.ng was founded by Itopaking David who is also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. Currently, the company funds its own operations and has more than 100 registered users. However, they currently seek for business partners who will strengthen their operations and add more funds.
The startup also recognizes Google as its main competitor. However, they will only operate in Nigeria. Hubs.ng will help its clients who need services such as web hosting, web building, e-publishing and online jobs.
Hub.ng will allow its services to all Nigerians irrespective of their location or professional background. According to Itopaking David, the startup’s move will increase the application of technology in daily lives of Nigerians. Moreover, he said that the startup will benefit all Nigerians due to a wide variety of services that they offer. Furthermore, he said that the services help people in their daily lives.
