LG Seeks To Enhance Customer Support In Last Mile Campaign

TechInAfrica – LG Customers in East Africa will be able to use customer support in the new 5 service centers to be deployed in Kenya as part of the multi-billion company’s regional strategy to an enhanced customer’s reach and support.

The following counties are the targeted spot for the centers, which include Bungoma, Kisii, Naivasha, Malindi, and Nyeri counties.

Along with the service centers, is the addition of its brand shops revamps as well as more new shops located in Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, and Sudan in its effort to run the ‘Last Mile’ campaign, which is focused on building a chain of service centers in the key towns, such as customer support and after-sale service.
