Morocco startup Damanesign raises 450K to revamp digital product offerings

Damanesign, a Moroccan digital solutions startup has successfully raised 450K (MAD4 million) in a round led by Maroc Numeric Fund II. The startup was founded by Zouhair Hamdaoui in 2021 and has captured new legislative opportunities on digital trust in Morocco while providing users with documentation safety.

Damanesign offers electronic signatures, timestamps, and seals allowing all users to sign and have documents signed safely while guaranteeing probative value. Damanesign enables users to offer advanced signature transaction management. As the legal sector evolves with the digital world, more legal startups are adopting digital tech solutions to make transactions safer.

Magnitt reports that this was the 5th investment by the Maroc Numeric Fund II and the 22nd investment by the Management team at MITC Captial. MD at  MITC Capital, highlighted the importance of companies to adopt “ end-to-end dematerialized processes” to enable companies to take full advantage of Damanesign’sservices.
