TechInAfrica – A month-to-month payment option has been revealed by MTN. This payment option intends to give customers control of their spending commitment.
MTN Month-to-Month is for anyone with no lock-ins, no credit checks, and no complicated paperwork. Also, this product is available for those who do not want to be tied to a contract or who are unable to get long-term contracts since he does not meet the minimum requirements.
A month-to-month payment option is available for new or existing customers. They can simply choose the bundle of the month-to-month payment option they desire, permitting them to take part in the MTN network without a 24-month obligation. To benefit from this product, customers will be asked for their name, South African ID, and debit order details if they choose to pay through debit order.
Jacqui O’Sullivan, Executive Head of Corporate Affairs, MTN South Africa said that this current condition is hard times for all people. Hence, by providing MTN’s month-to-month payment option, MTN answers the needs of its customers with greater flexibility since only a few people can pay the commitment of a fixed contract.
This product is developed together with freelancers, entrepreneurs, independent contractors, and a part-time temporary worker, who live from contract to contract. By presenting this offering, MTN hopes that it can help to relieve some of the forces felt by others at this time.
