MTN Y’ellopreneur is a program developed by the MTN Foundation in collaboration with the Bank of Industry to provide opportunities for capacity building and funding to Nigerian female entrepreneurs that meet the program’s requirements.
The Foundation is committed to eliminating the gender gap in business capabilities by implementing a four-week online training course to enhance the economic independence of more women. This endeavour is based on the Federal Government’s Sustainable Development Goals Agenda.
After the equipment loan has been completely repaid, those individuals who have satisfied the credit terms requirements will be eligible to receive grants.
Who is eligible to apply for the MTN Y’ellopreneur?
A female investor who exemplifies dedication and passion for the pursuit of self-employment and who oversees an enterprise that has been operating for at least two years and is engaged in activities such as information and communication technology, processing, digital services, agriculture, financial services and manufacturing .
