Nigeria startup SendChamp raises a $100K angel round

SendChamp has just raised a $100,000 angel round of $100,000 in helping businesses integrate their entire customer journey through a single app. The round attracted participation from early-stage investor DFS Lab,  investment club of creators and operators HoaQ club, Hustler Capital, and other prominent angel investors. SendChamp aspires to channel this raised funds towards developing its product and expanding its team.

Founded by Goodness Kayode and Damilola Olotu, SendChamp’s API allows users to deliver messages across multiple channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and voice. The use of a CRM solution allows both developers and technical staff to effectively manage customer relations.

Disrupt reports that the startup is emerging from private beta and has already worked with businesses such as Edves, TeamApt, Selar, Bumpa, to expand the reach and engage more customers. In the past few months, the company has managed to send 3 million messages to over 300,000 customers.
