State Governors in Nigeria have begun working with WOWBii Interactive, the first IFDP maker in Africa.
The Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFDP) equipment maker is helping the officials to set virtual meetings. The project will establish an immersive collaborative environment for the Governors to interact and hold virtual meetings without having to move out of their states, especially in these unprecedented coronavirus times.
WOWBii Interactive is offering these services via its Wowbudd platform. The company’s technology allows Governors to conduct face-to-face and interactive meetings via telepresence.
The firm is also providing for in-room and wireless casting, which comes with digital signage and can be leveraged to recreate Situation Rooms or Command Centers. What all this means is that the executives have an opportunity to undertake their business as usual, even in extreme situations like the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
To achieve this, Wowbudd’s innovative tech allows users to seamlessly connect new tech to legacy kits. It transforms these conventional solutions into touch centers that can bring together multiple teams for video conferencing.
The WOWBii products have already been put into use at the Nigerian Vice President’s office and several states, including Lagos, Borno, Plateau, and Nasarawa, are looking into installing them.
The company also already offers its innovative solutions to several corporate on the continent. These include MTN in its Nigeria and Cameroon offices, Chevron, UBA, KPMG, Ecobank Ghana, Union Bank, and Access Bank.
