Orange Egypt to manage Orange Cash services in partnership with National Bank Egypt

Orange Egypt has partnered with the National Bank of Egypt in plans to manage its Orange Cash Services aimed at boosting Orange’s customer experience.

Orange customers will have access to the most secured and innovative services paving the way to offering new attractive offers that utilize the National Bank of Egypt’s service range and capabilities across the country.

The partnership will help Orange benefit from the bank’s role and experience in the management of financial services that adhere to rules of the Central Bank of Egypt hence contributing to the introduction of attractive promotions and advanced services.

Orange cash customers will benefit from all wallet services and remain an easy, fast, and efficient way of effectively completing financial transactions. This also extends to balance recharge, money transfer, and deposit, electricity, ADSL, gas bills, water, subscriptions to clubs, insurance installments, union fees, buying cinema tickets, subscriptions to clubs, charitable donations, etc.

Customers can also buy goods from merchants through the Orange Cash app by running it through a QR code on any Orange branch, ATM, or Fawry outlet.

National Bank of Egypt is a key promoter of the Central Bank of Egypt’s drive to achieve financial inclusion. Orange Egypt has significantly contributed to the development of this technology infrastructure while relying on smart solutions, trained and qualified human resources. This has doubled its financial inclusion services in 2020.
