Many students find it very hard to tailor their revision timetables for the best results. Furthermore, many students cannot figure out what to do before exams. As a result, this could lead them to more confusion. Nigeria is not out of such category of students.  University Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) is tasked with the issuing of exams in Nigeria. Moreover, the body is known to administer the hardest exams in the country. The UTME which also manages secondary exams in Nigeria appears to be a threat to many Nigerian students.

However, SimbiBot is coming in to ease the students from such a burden. The platform was founded on 17th January 2018 by Sodeeq Elusoji (CTO) and Abdulazeez Ogunjobi (CEO). The platform makes use of artificial intelligence to assist students in preparing for UTME and post UTME exams. This is done by relying on past questions and their solutions.  Also, it uses Facebook chatbot to offer an enabling and interactive atmosphere for students. Hence, it will mentally prepare the students for the exams as they share a common agenda.

Using the platform is easy since one is not required to register. Users are only required to click on the start button that links one to the Facebook messenger. After that, learning is initiated once one has logged into the Facebook messenger. The platform currently has received more than 500 users who use the platform every time. Simbi has also recorded more than 9000 conversations in just a week after the launch.

The statistics show how eagerly Nigerian students were waiting for the launch. The ability of the platform to give back feedbacks at high speed gives it an upper hand over the rest. Additionally, it is an interactive bot that offers study guides and tips which helps the students in their various studies. Many Nigerian students should use the platform. Once tested, students are prone to revisit the site more than once.  Therefore, the only way to make UTME manageable is through SimbiBot.
