The software was created for banks specialized for change management and training activities. The software enables financial institutions to make a record, update, and cascade their business process using the Temenos Standard Operating Procedures (TSOP). The Software is also able to use all the processes the current staff training from all of a bank’s organization. Furthermore, it helps to train, test, and certify the banks’ teams then provides access to official Temenos content and certification processes identified in the Temenos Learning Community suite of products.

Lebanon-based Byblos Bank was the first bank to sign for the TLC Engine. The speed is needed, not only to offer change and functionality demands but also to the need for an online training solution.
