The WemTech Spring 2021 Program inviting African women in tech and engineering

WemTech is a new initiative aiming to empower women in tech and engineering across Africa. WemTech targets young female software engineers providing them with the resources needed to realize their full potential.

What does the program offer?

  • Training in technical and soft skills
  • Hands-on tech experience

The program is free for engineers with a goal to empower female software engineers with real-life working experience that provides them with career opportunities. Successful applicants will spend four months working on MVPs products for the LabEight*’ accelerator’s portfolio of startups. WemTech is currently accepting applicants. Interviews will take place in April. The spring program will run from May to August 2021.
