EziPay, a digital wallet and intra-African cross-border remittance company has teamed up with MFS Africa, the leading digital payments gateway on the continent.

The agreement, which comes at a time when mobile money is booming on the continent, with businesses and individuals seeking solutions for cross-border transactions, will enable customers to have instant remittances to wallet bank accounts in Africa for their ever-growing customer base.

EziPay is in 14 African countries and has more than 300,000 users, including Africans living abroad and in the diaspora who use EziPay’s digital wallets to send and receive money.

EziPay’s global wallet Mauritius offering is live with over 90+ countries’ payout corridors. Conversely, MFS Africa’s digital payments network links about 400 billion mobile money wallets, 200 million bank accounts, and 120,000 agents in Nigeria.

The partnership will make it easier for African people to send and receive money to and from mobile money wallets and bank accounts.
