Travelstart and Commercial Manager Win Big at the 2019 PYNE Awards

TechInAfrica – Africa’s largest online travel agency, Travelstart, was recently named ‘Travel Agency of the Year’ at the 2019 Pyne Awards. The event, which took place on September 6th, celebrated the excellence and growth, of all stakeholders in Nigeria’s hospitality and tourism industry.

Travelstart’s Commercial Manager, Bukky Akomolafe also took home a win – receiving the ‘Rising Star in Tourism’ award. The marketing maven, who oversees the company’s brand strategy, sales, partnerships and business development for Nigeria, is taking the tourism and hospitality industry by storm. When expressing her sentiments on the awarded accolades, Akomolafe stated, “I am honored by both awards. To be recognized for excellence alongside other accomplished companies and individuals is very humbling. I am grateful to all of our customers, affiliates, partners and especially, our dedicated staff for propelling Travelstart to where it is today.”
