Tunisia 3D customer experience startup closes $175K

Onboard is a Tunisia startup transforming customer experience management with 3D smart manuals. On Tuesday they raised $175,000 in funding from Kepple Africa Ventures and other entrepreneurs such as Karim Jouini and Ahmed Hentati. Onboard was founded in 2019 by Cherif Redissi, Safwen Bouali, and Tamine Troudi. 

The Saas solutions platform enables hardware makers to create best-in-class support experiences for their customers. This replaces traditional support systems, paper manuals, call centers, and software. The new funding is part of their strategy to Expand its European footprint.

In May 2020, Crunchbase announced a $250,000 seed funding round with Flat6Labs Tunis. In June, they launched a private beta. The fresh capital will see them launch a 1.0 version of their Saas platform this week which is available for public use. This provides a seamless customer experience with its additional features and customer support.

In a statement, Safwen Bouali, shared their excitement of having investors believe in their “vision and potential” and “taking manuals literally to the next dimension.”
